Robert (Bob) Farina is an experienced CEO of Private Equity and Venture Capital backed technology companies with over 30 years of experience leading start-ups, turnarounds and high growth enterprises in the managed services (MS), software-as-a-service (SaaS) and business process outsourcing (BPO) business segments. In addition to his experience successfully running multiple businesses backed by professional investors, Farina has served on a number of Boards of Directors, started and successfully exited his own business, and ran a division of a publicly held company. He has been a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the State of New Jersey three times in his career and serves on the Advisory Board of the Columbia University Master’s Degree program for Information Technology Management. Farina is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Financial Officer Joe O’Hara brings a wealth of financial acumen specific to the telecommunications industry to Magna5. In his role, he oversees corporate finance and accounting functions for the company, including financial reporting, planning and analysis.

Jason Cummins is a seasoned technology executive and network engineer with more than 20-years of experience optimizing state-of-the-art network infrastructures across multiple technologies and service delivery platforms. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads and oversees the strategic direction of Magna5’s voice and data networks to improve overall efficiency and quality of service to customers.
Ryan Burns, vice president of sales enablement, brings more than 20 years of sales talent development, training and performance management experience to Magna5, leading programs in organizational development and change management.
Gary Elliott is vice president of Telecom Sales at Magna5 where he is responsible for leading high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth, account development and oversee sales forecasts and activities, with a laser focus on identifying new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Jerry Masseur is the Vice President of Sales for Magna5’s Managed IT Services business unit. In his role, Jerry will be responsible for driving organic growth within the Managed Services division as well as playing a key role in leveraging the sales capabilities of other companies that Magna5 may acquire.
Barb is manager of Magna5’s Human Resources where she is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle (recruiting, placement, orientation), policy and procedure development, performance management, employee relations and benefit administration.
